Donna Talley

Donna Talley began her career in the banking industry, rising to Asst. Treasurer before joining Bally’s Park Place Casino Hotel in 1979. As Director of Design Development for fourteen years, she was responsible for the implementation of Bally’s Master Plan and worked directly with the chairman of the board and senior management on design and construction budgets, hiring and supervising of design and construction consultants, and phasing of construction.

Donna joined O’Keefe in 1995. Serving as Managing Director of the Greater Atlantic City Golf Association, a client of the agency, her focus was to promote the greater Atlantic City region as a premier golf destination, creating an awareness of golf through a series of marketing and public relations campaigns.

In addition to O’Keefe Consulting, Donna currently serves as Executive Director of the New Jersey Golf Course Owners Association, an association of 75 golf courses, reporting to fifteen members of its board of directors.
